WARSAW — Reports of precincts having the best turnout workers have seen in a long time are being heard throughout the Justice Building as voter ballots continue to arrive.

Attempts will be made to release reports approximately every 30 minutes according to Information received from Kosciusko Clerk Ann Torpy.
