Theodore Wallace Green, four day old infant son of Tyler Adam and Alyssa Brickell (Gomez) Green passed away at 9:18 p.m. April 30, 2016, at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.

His grandparents are: Jill Scheiber, Columbia City; Jason and Jennifer Gomez, Columbia City; Renee Shiley, South Padre Island, Texas; Toby and Linda Green, Columbia City; great grandparents: Robert Scheiber; Wallace and Dolores Green, both of Columbia City; John and Pat Gomez, Fort Wayne; and his sister: Autumn Green.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at St. Paul of the Cross Catholic Church, 315 S Line St, Columbia City with Father Gary Sigler the officiant. Burial will be in the Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Smith and Sons Funeral Home, Columbia City.
