AKRON — Tippecanoe Valley High School seniors Gavin Bussard and Brandon Webster each received a scholarship awarded by the TVHS Business Department during the 2016 Interdisciplinary Cooperative Education and Internship Banquet held April 28 at the Akron Community Center. The banquet was attended by 70 Tippecanoe Valley students that participated in 98 work-based experiences with 49 area businesses/employers during the 2015-2016 school year. 

The scholarships were based on the student’s grade point average, class rank, and the number of business courses taken during high school. 

Gavin is the son of David Bussard and Kalynn Cumberland. He plans to attend the University of Southern Indiana where he will study Accounting.

Brandon is the son of Vincent and Jane Webster. Brandon will attend IPFW where he will study Marketing or Business Administration.
