BUNKER HILL – The Tippecanoe Valley girls tennis team dropped a 5-0 final at Maconaquah Thursday evening.

The host Braves captured all spots in straight sets to earn the Three Rivers Conference win.

The closest match of the night was at No. 2 doubles. The Valley duo of Brooke Danner and Cassidy Cave lost 7-5, 6-4.

Aerin Shewman dropped a 6-1, 6-3 final at the top singles spot for the Vikings. Maddy Henninger lost 6-3, 6-1 at No. 2 singles for Valley and Lea Stouder took a 6-0, 6-2 loss at No. 3 singles.

The Valley No. 1 doubles team of Morgan Brazo and Kennedy Niedbalski lost a 6-1, 6-1 decision.

Valley is scheduled to play in the Wabash Invitational on Saturday.
