PLYMOUTH — Plymouth Police Department arrested Ryan A. Castro, 36, Plymouth, Thursday, April 28, after a report of a battery to a child under 14 years of age.

Plymouth Police received a report at 7:30 p.m. Monday, April 25, of a battery resulting in injury to a 10-year-old boy. The boy did not require medical treatment. Further investigation by Det. Leo Mangus resulted in Castro’s arrest.

Castro’s bond has been set at $2,000 cash. He will have an initial hearing on May 17 in Marshall County Superior Court 1.
