Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:

10:23 p.m. Thursday, April 28, Glad Street east of Husky Trail, Warsaw. Driver: Anna J. Decker, 19, Country Club Drive, Warsaw. Decker’s vehicle collided with a parked car. Damage up to $5,000.
