Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:

2:59 a.m. Wednesday, April 27, South CR 600W north of West CR 800S, Claypool. Driver: Nathaniel S. Miller, 58, South CR 600W, Claypool. Miller’s vehicle left the road, hit a utility pole and rolled multiple times. Miller was ejected from his vehicle and flown to the hospital with internal injuries and head injuries. Damage up to $10,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

4:10 p.m. Tuesday, April 26, South Buffalo Street south of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Drivers: Tabitha L. Shelhart, 33, East Tyner Street, Warsaw, and Brenda M. Hale, 52, North Shady Court, Warsaw. Shelhart looked away and her vehicle rear-ended Hale’s vehicle, which had stopped. Shelhart complained of left shoulder pain and had a bruise from side airbag deployment. Damage up to $25,000.

3:11 p.m. Tuesday, April 26, East Center Street and North Lindberg Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Darlene Holsclaw, 62, Glee Miner Drive, Warsaw, and Dugan A. Julian, 28, East CR 400S, Warsaw. Holsclaw became distracted and her vehicle rear-ended Julian’s, which had slowed to stop. Damage up to $10,000.
