Wildcats Whip Chargers In Five

The Whitko baseball team needed just five innings to dispose of West Noble on Monday night.

Landen Goff had a solo home run while Riley Anderson was 2-2 with a pair of RBIs and a run scored. Alex Robbins pitched four innings, gave up five hits, two runs and had three strikeouts while picking up the win. Bailey Platt pitched one inning of relief and had one strikeout.

Whitko (6-2) will play at Maconaquah Wednesday night.

Carroll Hands Whitko First Loss

Ellie Snep took the loss on Monday night for Whitko as the Wildcats fell 5-2 to host Fort Wayne Carroll.

Emily Hughes had a home run, one of just three hits for the Wildcats in the contest. Anna Ousley had a double for the road team.

Whitko (4-1) travels to Maconaquah Wednesday night.
