Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:

7:47 a.m. Thursday, April 14, West US 30 and North CR 500W, Warsaw. Drivers: Jerry R. Davis, 65, Oak Brook Place, Warsaw, and John C. Wagner, 32, East Pine Street, Bourbon. Davis pulled into traffic and Wagner’s oncoming vehicle hit his. Damage up to $10,000.

6:22 a.m. Wednesday, April 13, 56 E. Bell Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Heather A. Baker, 25, South CR 600E, Claypool. Baker disregarded a stop sign and her vehicle collided with a forklift. Surveillance video of the crash site confirmed this account. Damage up to $10,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:

1:04 p.m. Thursday, April 14, Lake City Highway and Center Street, Warsaw. Drivers: LD Draper, 67, West Lincolnway, Larwill, and Audrey A. Minnix, 72, South Old SR 13, Pierceton. Draper’s vehicle rear-ended Minnix’s vehicle at the stoplight. Damage up to $10,000.

1:03 p.m. Wednesday, April 13, Lake City Highway east of East Center Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Tamara S. Hare, 57, Wall Street, Liberty Mills, and Deborah J. Crull, East CR 150S, Rochester. Hare changed lanes and her vehicle collided with Crull’s. Crull complained of shoulder pain but declined medical treatment. A passenger in Crull’s vehicle, Diane Dodge, 54, Sunset Lane, Rochester, complained of back pain but also declined medical treatment. Damage up to $2,500.
