AKRON – The Tippecanoe Valley athletic department will offer sports physicals for the upcoming 2016-17 school year. Physicals will be held Wednesday, May 11, 2016, at Tippecanoe Valley Middle School beginning at 7 p.m.

Cost of the physical is $15 and checks should be payable to Tippecanoe Valley Middle School.

Physicals are available for all athletes that will be in grades 5-12 next year. All athletes are required to have a physical on file before participating in a sport. IHSAA regulations state that for a physical to be valid for this next school year, it must be completed after April 1, 2016.

Physical forms can be picked up at all Tippecanoe Valley schools and must be signed by the parents and the student.
