SYRACUSE — Syracuse’s Main on Main Improv Troupe announced that they will be a part of the third annual Comedy Criminals Improv Festival hosted by Elkhart Civic Theatre, located at the Bristol Opera House, in Bristol.

Main on Main are the 2014 winners and 2015 runners-up in the annual festival.

Main on Main will be joined by several other improv groups including GoProv, Pickapart Theatre, Procrasto-Nation, and Bohemian Grandma.

Main on Main member Todd Lucas says of the festival: “We’ve had an awesome experience performing at this event the past two years. It’s a fun time, with lots of great talent on stage. With so many different groups performing, there’s going to a lot of craziness happening. It will be a great chance to see what our area has to offer in comedy improv.”

Each group will be performing a set of improv games and scenes, based on audience suggestions. The top groups based on audience vote will then return for a second night.

The Comedy Criminals Improv Festival will start at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, April 23, and Saturday, April 30, at Elkhart Civic Theatre, in the Bristol Opera House, 210 East Vistula St., Bristol. Tickets are $12 and are available in advance online.
