Virginia M. Folker, 96, Goshen, died early Thursday morning, April 7, 2016, at Courtyard Healthcare.

She was born March 30, 1920, in Goshen to Harvey F. and Gladys P. (Fuller) Rensberger. On March 3, 1940, she married Charles B. McKee in Goshen. She later married Wilbur “Bill” C. Folker, May 14, 1950, also in Goshen.

She is survived by a daughter, Virginia L. Anderson, Syracuse; 10 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; nine great-great grandchildren; and two sisters: Elizabeth Sagger, Ft. Wayne, and Deanna (Donald) Miller, Goshen.

She was preceded in death by both husbands; two daughters: Patricia G. Winning and Catherine A. Folker; a son, Don M. McKee; a grandson, David Scott Meade; a sister, Patricia Rensberger; and five brothers: Loyal, Cliff, Jack, Jim and Frank Rensberger.

Virginia was formerly involved in the VFW and DAV auxiliaries and Moose Lodge. She was a member of the Goshen Women’s Bowling Association and charter member of the Goshen Bowling hall of fame. Along with bowling, she also enjoyed playing golf.

She worked as a computer operator at Goshen Rubber and served on the election board for many years.

Visitation will be 1-5 p.m. Sunday, April 10, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, where an 11 a.m. Monday, April 11, funeral service will be held. Virginia’s grandson, Brad Rogers will officiate.

Burial will follow at Oakridge Cemetery, Goshen. Memorial gifts may be directed to the Center for Hospice Care.
