MILFORD – Meet local author Sherry Newcum from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 14, at the Milford Public Library in the adult department.

Newcum has written feature articles, meditations and poems for a variety of publications by Union Gospel Press. She has also had an article published in Gaither Homecoming Magazine. She lives in Syracuse with her husband and is retired from the health care field. She worked as a caregiver through a home health care agency for more than five years.
