Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 8:18 p.m. Tuesday, April 5, 400 block of Lyon Street, Warsaw. Lorna S. Beverly reported a criminal trespass.
• 6:33 p.m. Tuesday, April 5, 400 block of Lyon Street, Warsaw. Lorna S. Beverly reported her debit card had been stolen and used.
• 5:35 p.m. Tuesday, April 5, 800 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. Jennifer Therese Mudrack reported a battery.
• 3:44 p.m. Tuesday, April 5, 2000 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. Officers responded to reports of a fraud at an animal hospital.
• 11:05 a.m. Tuesday, April 4, 1100 block of West Lake Street, Warsaw. Officers responded to reports of a burglary at Penguin Point.
• Noon Tuesday, March 30, 200 block of West Market Street, Warsaw. Teresa J. Huffman reported fraudulent activity on her bank debit card.
