Margaret TarmanMargaret E. Tarman, 83, Goshen, died 3:54 a.m. Sunday, March 27, 2016, at Greencroft Healthcare. She was born Dec. 24, 1932, in Topeka to LeRoy and Mary (Sherck) Mishler.

Surviving are daughters: Dawn (John) Wyson, New Paris; Tami (Robert) Shriner, New Paris; Nanette (Mark) Stoops, Fremont; siblings: Carolyn (Del) Freeman, Rancho Mirage, Calif.; Phyllis (Ted) Miller, Middlebury; grandchildren: Mindi; Kimberly; Kyle; Jay; Jenna; Ali; and five great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death are her parents; siblings: Robert Mishler; Rachel Mast; and granddaughter: Kelsey Stoops.

Margaret was a secretary and receptionist and retired from Rinker Boat Company. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church and attended church at Greencroft. She was very involved in activities at Greencroft and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and taking care of her flowers.

A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, April 2, at The Meetinghouse, Greencroft, Goshen, 1225 Greencroft Drive, South Entrance. Following the service, there will be a time of visitation with the family. Will and Sue Schieler will officiate the service. Private burial will be in New Paris Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Robert Hartzler Good Samaritan Fund or IU Goshen Home and Hospice.

Rieth-Rohrer-Ehret Funeral Home, Goshen, is in charge of arrangements.
