WARSAW — Warsaw-Wayne Fire Department and Warsaw Police are responding to a semitractor roll-over at Detroit Street and Winona Avenue.

Motorist should avoid that area if at all possible.

According to Kai Slusser, who was present when the accident occurred, the semitractor struck the curb causing it to overturn.
