KENDALLVILLE – Warsaw had a slew of athletes claim honors Tuesday in its 106-39 boys track win at East Noble.

The season-opening win saw Ross Armey lead the charge in both hurdles races, taking the 110 at 17.64 and 300 at 41.91. Rane Kilburn took the 100 at 11.81, and helped the 4×100 relay to a 44.43 win, along with Will McGarvey, Landan Perry and Brandon Reinholt. Reinholt took honors in the 200 at 24.10.

Armey, Landan Perry, Leytan Perry and William Robison won the 4×400 at 3:41.09, and Robison took the mile-run at 4:46.42. Owen Glogovsky won the two-mile at 10:14.99 and Bishop Harrison the 400 at 56.50.

Field winners for Warsaw included Joseph Harness cleared 6-2 in high jump, Lucas Cone 10-0 in pole vault, Tommy Hickerson 21-6 in long jump and Dylan Childers 124-4 in discus.

Warsaw will have athletes competing this weekend at the Hoosier State Relays State Finals at Purdue, then host its first boys track meet next Tuesday against Penn. Competing at the HSR this weekend will be Hickerson in long jump, Childers in shot put and Brock Riley in high jump.
