WARSAW — Kosciusko Home Care & Hospice partners with Kosciusko Community Senior Services to provide monthly blood pressure monitoring and health education.

On March 17, seniors attended the health education monitoring program. This program provides an opportunity for seniors with limited transportation and financial resources to learn to care for themselves.
