KOSCIUSKO COUNTY — The Indiana Department of Transportation announces bridge maintenance work is scheduled to begin Monday, March 21, on US 30, between SR 15 and SR 19, weather permitting. Three bridges along US 30 will receive bridge deck overlays.

Bridges to receive maintenance include US 30 over Pole Run Ditch, .43 miles east of CR 650W; US 30 over Robinson Ditch, .14 miles west of North CR 800W; and US 30 over Tippecanoe River, .58 miles west of SR 15.

Drivers will see alternating lane restrictions, in both directions. A reduced speed of 50 mph will be strictly enforced. INDOT reminds drivers to be cautious of crews working in any active construction zone.

Work is expected to be completed by late August, weather permitting. The contract was awarded to Pioneer Associates, Inc. for $1.5 million.
