GOSHEN — Goshen Police have made an arrest in connection with the murders of Jose Nava-Orozco and Marco Carmona-Gonzalez. The murders were discovered around 5 a.m Sunday, March 13.

Diego A. Ramos, 22, Elkhart, and Luis Rivas, 19, Goshen, were booked this morning on charges of murder.

The investigation is continuing with Goshen Police Chief Wade K. Branson reporting there is much work still to be done. Additional information is expected to be released later today.
