ELKHART COUNTY — Jeli O. Gill, 45, Syracuse, complained of pain to her left arm following a two-vehicle accident on CR 46 at CR 19, south of Goshen. The accident occurred at 6:19 a.m. today, March 16. Gill was taken to Elkhart General Hospital.

Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department reports Joseph Crawford, 16, Goshen, was traveling east on CR 46, west of CR 19, when his vehicle went left of center and sideswiped Gill’s westbound vehicle. Crawford’s vehicle then continued down an embankment and into a field. Gill’s vehicle spun around hitting a utility pole.

Crawford, who was not injured, was cited for driving left of center.
