WARSAW — The Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce Health Care committee will conduct a series of four Kosciusko Wellness Lunch & Learns sponsored by Parkview Warsaw. Health and wellness topics have been selected by the committee that will serve as educational tools for the Kosciusko County workforce.

The presenter will be Tim Nussbaum, of the Bowen Center. Nussbaum has been with Bowen Center for 25 years. Bowen Center is a community mental health center that has been operating since 1961 and currently serving 10 counties in northeast Indiana. The presentation will be on the Top 10 things that age us prematurely, and have features of stress management and living healthier within the content of this lunch presentation. This will be “audience interactive”……, so be prepared to have some fun during the lesson.

The public is invited to the first Kosciusko Wellness and Learn event, Time & Stress Management, with registration at 11:45 a.m. Wednesday, March 23. The event will be held at Creighton’s Crazy Egg Café located at 4217 W. Old Rd. 30. The Kosciusko Chamber member cost is $10, and the non-member cost is $20, which includes lunch. The lunch sponsor is Bowen Center.
