Sales Consultant Earns MVP Status

WARSAW — Warsaw Buick GMC Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram announced sales consultant Ray Driver has been recognized by Chrysler’s Academy Learning Center for outstanding sales and product know-how with Most Valuable Professional honors.

Less than 10 percent of all Chrysler sales professionals meet the strict requirements for the MVP recognition and Parker is one of only two recipients in Indiana.

Candidates must have completed a product knowledge assessment with a score higher than 90 percent. After meeting that criteria, the sales consultant is evaluated by his or her regional training manager to demonstrate their knowledge of sales tools available to them as well as show of their presentation skills.

Finally, all candidates must plan and execute a local customer event to show off features of Chrysler vehicles.

According to Chrysler, MVP is a new program from Chrysler Academy for serious, career-minded sales consultants committed to long-term success. It provides sales consultants with an opportunity to sharpen their product knowledge and deepen customer relationships by sharing their product guidance and expertise.
