• Brian J. Caudill, 37, 7849 N. 400 E, Leesburg, arrested for manufacturing meth, possession of a precursor and possession of meth. Bond: $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
• Christopher Brian Hall, 34, 319 N. Golden Drive, Topeka, arrested on a warrant from another agency. Hold for that agency.
• Roosevelt Jackson, 47, 1026 W. Ninth St., Michigan City, arrested for failure to appear. No bond.
• John Thomas Alford, 52, 944 E. Garfield St., Warsaw, arrested for counterfeiting – certificate of registration. Bond: $450 cash.
• Ryan Lee Deavers, 25, 5144 W. 600S, Claypool, arrested on two counts of failure to appear and driving while suspended. No bond and $450 cash.
• Cedric Coffie, 46, 124 Rattington Circle, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $400 cash.
• Kristopher Wyatt Leasure, 27, 1405 Rozella Road, Warsaw, arrested for OWI. Bond: $700 cash.
