WARSAW — Warsaw Community Schools is celebrating national “Music In Our Schools” by the Music Education National Association. WCS is taking the opportunity to celebrate the many musical programs offered within the district.

In honor of this celebration, the Lakeview and Edgewood Middle School bands, Lakeview choir and the Lakeview and Edgewood orchestra will be presenting a “Music In Our Schools” concert at 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 8, in the Lakeview Middle School Auditorium.

The public is welcome and encouraged to attend.

Lakeview and Edgewood Middle School Band will compete at the ISSMA organization contest on March 11, at Paul Harding High School in Fort Wayne. The Lakeview Choir will be competing at the ISSMA organizational conest on March 12, at Paul Harding High School. The Lakeview and Edgewood Orchestra will compete at the ISSMA organizational contest on March 19, at Goshen Middle School.
