• Anthony James Fitzgerald II, 25, 1615 Randolph St., South Bend, arrested for OWI – schedule I, II controlled substance. Bond: $700 cash.
• Heather Renae Richardson, 37, 428 W. Perry St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $183.50 cash.
• Aarron Lee Warren, 25, 519 Harbour Landing Drive, Syracuse, arrested for fraud. Bond: $500 cash.

Feb. 27

• Benny Dean Fitzpatrick, 29, 1692 E. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for resisting law enforcement, OWI, failure to stop after an accident and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $750 cash.
