Rosemary PikeRosemary Pike, 83, Bremen, passed away at 8:06 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 25, 2016, at IU Health of Goshen, with family by her side.

Rosemary was born on Feb. 24, 1933, the daughter of the late Russell and Ethel (Gray) Shafer. On Nov. 22, 1953, she married the love of her life, Forrest “Dale” Pike. He passed away on Sept. 21, 1997.

She is survived by two sons: Gregory Pike; Glen (Penny) Pike, both of Bremen; four grandchildren: Lindsey (Caleb) Andrews, Plymouth; Brooke (Eddie) Rodriguez, Bremen; Paige Rogers, Bremen; Ethan Pike, Bremen; 11 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; and siblings: Donald Shafer; Paul Shafer; and Nina Trump.

Rosemary was a graduate of Plymouth High School and worked for the former American Optical for many years before her retirement in 1996. She loved to crotchet and was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, who enjoyed spending time with family. She also enjoyed taking car rides with her dog, Bella.

Visitation will be held from 2-5 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 28, 2016, in Mishler Funeral Home, Bremen. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, February 29, 2016 in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Bremen Cemetery.
