WARSAW – The Warsaw Breakfast Optimist Club held its 2016 Tri-Star Breakfast local competition Feb. 21 at the Baker Youth Club.

A total of 62 children ages 8-13 participated in the event. Winners from the event will move to the state competition March 6 in New Castle.
