The following individual was booked in the Elkhart County Detention Facility:

Feb. 24

Chad Franklin Layman, 36, 18024 CR 46, New Paris, arrested on warrants from Kosciusko and Noble counties and theft. Bond: $1,500.

Kosciusko

The following individual was booked in the Kosciusko County Jail:

Feb. 24

Serena Elyse Yocum, 27 2949 E. Joshua Drive, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $500 cash.

Dec. 22 — John Michael Arthur, 30, 6704 N. Kalorama Road, Leesburg, was booked for possession of narcotics, possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, resisting law enforcement with the use of a vehicle, reckless driving, carrying a handgun without a license and driving while suspended with a prior. Bond: $5,250 surety and cash.
