WARSAW — A driver and his passenger were taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital following a two-vehicle accident at 1:22 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 16. The accident was on West CR 200S and South CR 400W, Warsaw.

Driver, David L. Unhoch, 50, South Buffalo Street, Burket, and his passenger, Sandra J. Unhoch, 57, South Buffalo Street, Burket, were both transported to the hospital. David Unhoch suffered possible chest pain and Sandra Unhoch complained of pain to her entire body.

Police report David Unhoch was southbound on CR 400W in a 1996 Oldsmobile when Lucia Zempoaltecalt, 37, West CR 250S, Warsaw, failed to yield the right of way on CR 200S. Zempoaltecalt’s 2000 Ford Focus struck the Oldsmobile in the driver’s side. Unhoch’s vehicle then went off the roadway.

Damage was estimated up to $10,000.
