WARSAW — Lake City Bank presented the 2016 President and CEO Commitment Award at its quarterly Officer Meeting to Vice President Lecia A. Nunez-Derrossett and Assistant Manager Denise M. Ramsay.
“This award recognizes individuals who have gone above and beyond in representing the bank. We decided to honor two individuals this year because they both performed to such a high degree that both deserved recognition,” said David M. Findlay, president and chief executive officer.
Nunez-Derrossett, who joined Lake City Bank in 2000, manages the bank’s Client Protection Services Department. She works with customers and bank staff to help identify possible fraud and suspicious activity, both against the bank and in customer accounts. She is also the bank’s Bank Secrecy Act Officer, in which she and her group monitor the bank’s processes and record keeping for large cash transactions.
“It is no exaggeration to say that Lecia works tirelessly to protect the bank and our clients,” Findlay said. “She has a passion for her job and a commitment to taking care of our clients that is remarkable.”

Denise M. Ramsay, who joined the bank in 1999, is the assistant manager of the Fort Wayne North office on Dupont Road. In this role, she coordinates the office’s day-to-day activity with the manager and works with customers and staff to provide exceptional customer service.
“Denise is known as the Retail Banking ‘go to’ person in our Fort Wayne market and defines the Lake City Bank culture every day,” Findlay said. “She is extremely dedicated to her customers and to her partners at the bank.”
