The following people were booked in the Elkhart County Detention Facility:

Feb. 21

Joshua Daniel Sharp, 38, 651 E. Marion St., Nappanee, arrested for possession of a narcotic drug, possession of a hypodermic needle and dealing in cocaine or a narcotic drug. No bond listed.

Feb. 20

James Michael Schwartz, 28, 9699 W 700N, Etna Green, arrested for contempt of court, three charges of driving while suspended and warrant out of Marshall County. Bond: $350.

Feb. 19

Marcus David Brooks, 32 2441 W 250S, Warsaw, arrested on escape charges. Bond: $25,000.
Cody William Obacz, 22, 310 E. Madison St., North Webster, arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond listed.
Joseph A. Gagliano III, 24, 135 EMS D13 Lane, Syracuse, arrested for possession of paraphernalia, felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated, OWI-endangerment and possession of marijuana. Bond: $3,000.
Donald Ray Shepherd, 46, 206 S. Walnut St., Mentone, arrested for contempt of court. Bond: $500.

Feb. 21

Wade Eugene Wirebaugh, 42, 1218 E. Sheridan St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery and strangulation. Bond: $5,000 surety and $250 cash.
Rhonda Lee Wirebaugh, 46, 1218 E. Sheridan St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,000 cash.

Anthony DeShawn Smiley, 19, Plymouth, arrested for operating a vehicle without ever receiving a license and possession of marijuana.
Markus Andrew Hall, 26, Indianapolis, arrested for operating a vehicle with a suspended driver’s license, expired license plate.
