Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following incidents:

• 1:57 p.m. Monday, Feb. 22, 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. Crystal Nicole Vandermark reported a stolen license plate.
• 2:57 p.m. Monday, Feb. 22, 2100 block of North Fox Farm Road, Warsaw. Marissa Michelle Billings reported a theft.
• 6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 16, 1000 block of Country Club Road, Warsaw. James C. Harris reported a fraud.
• 3:35 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 16, 1600 block of East CR 200N, Warsaw. Officers responded to reports of a runaway.

Winona Lake

Officers with the Winona Lake Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 10:33 a.m. Friday, Feb. 19, 600 block of Robson Road, Winona Lake. Trevon Leesean Olive reported a fraud.
