
Richard “Dick” D. Null, 72, Goshen, died Saturday, Feb. 13, 2016 at IU Health Goshen Hospital.
He was born Oct. 3, 1943, in Wakarusa to Paul Richard and Geraldine (Truex) Null.
Survivors include two sons: Terry W. (Sonya) Null, Middlebury and Paul Null of Phoenix, Ariz.; a daughter, Tammy Holmes, Elkhart; 12 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; former wife, Ella Jane Springer, Goshen; two brothers: Bob (Bonnie) Null and Terry Lee (Clara) Null, both of Goshen; and two sisters, Sally (Alton) Williamson, Ona, W.V. and Jane Ellen Null, Ligonier.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Donald Allen Null, and a sister, Nancy Jo Dills.
A lifetime area resident, Mr. Null was a very skilled mechanic who could fix any engine. He was a motorcycle enthusiast and part of the Riders’ Motorcycle Club, Topeka. He also enjoyed NHRA drag racing.
Friends may call from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 18, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, where a funeral service will take place at noon Friday, Feb. 19.
Memorial contributions may be given to the family care of Yoder-Culp Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
