Officers with the North Webster Police Department investigated the following accident:

5:11 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 11, North SR 13 south of Channel Drive, North Webster. Drivers: Michael A. Noel, 62, South CR 825W, Kimmell, and Tommy L. Holbrook, 52, East Jefferson Street, Warsaw. While making a lefthand turn, Noel became distracted and his vehicle turned in front of Kimmell’s vehicle, which collided with his. Damage up to $5,000.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accidents:

1:06 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 13, 1029 Park Ave., Warsaw Driver: Jacob W. Ponko, 35, East St. Andrews Road South, Winona Lake. The snow plow Ponko was driving hit a fence. Damage up to $750.

4:09 p.m. Friday, Feb. 12, 3600 block of Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Judy C. Mauk, 66, West Center Street, Warsaw, and Shannon L, Dickey, 24, West SR 14, Silver Lake. Mauk was crossing a row of parking spaces and drove into the path of Dickey’s oncoming vehicle, sideswiping it. Damage up to $2,500.
