AKRON – The Tippecanoe Valley High School Athletic Department has announced its ticket sale plans for girls basketball regional ducats.

The all-tourney tickets for the Class 3-A Columbia City Regional will be sold on Wednesday and Thursday at TVHS. Tickets, priced at $10 each and good for both the morning and night sessions of the regional, will be sold from 7:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. in the Athletic Office. Session tickets, priced at $7 each, will be sold at Columbia City at the regional on Saturday.

The No. 4 Tippecanoe Valley girls team will play Fort Wayne Concordia (14-11) in the second semifinal game at Columbia City Saturday. The regional begins at 10 a.m. with No. 2 Heritage Christian (22-4) versus No. 5 Norwell (23-2), with the Vally-Concordia game to follow at approximately noon.

The regional championship game is at 8 p.m. Saturday with the winner advancing to the semistate on Feb. 20 at either Crown Point or Carroll (Fort Wayne).

The Vikings, who are 24-1, won their second straight sectional championship at home Saturday night. Valley, which finished as the Class 3-A state runner-up in 2015, beat Fairfield 54-31 in the sectional final.
