Tickets Still Remain For Warsaw-Wood Showdown

Warsaw SportsWARSAW – There are still tickets left to the biggest high school boys basketball game of the season on the local scene.

The WCHS Athletic Department still has tickets for sale today until 3 p.m. for the Warsaw at NorthWood clash of titans tonight in Nappanee.

Warsaw has already pre-sold over 700 tickets for the marquee matchup. The school has less than 100 tickets left that will be available today. Tickets are $5 each.

NorthWood High School also confirmed this morning that there will be some tickets available at the door tonight. Doors at NorthWood will open at 5:15 p.m. with the junior varsity game at 6:15 p.m. Tickets are also $5 at the door.

Warsaw is 15-0 overall and 4-0 in the NLC, while the Panthers are 13-1 overall and 4-0 in the conference. Warsaw is ranked No. 5 in Class 4-A, while NorthWood checks in at No. 2 in Class 3-A.

Tonight’s game will also be televised on a tape-delayed basis by WHME-TV (Channel 46). The game will be shown tonight at 11 p.m. and again tomorrow at 9 a.m.
