BREAKING: Accident On SR 15, Leesburg

LEESBURG — Emergency personnel are currently responding to a report of a rollover accident on SR 15 near Plum Street, in Leesburg. The accident involved only one SUV.

Harlyn Whelan, 2, of Millersburg, gets her face painted by Veronica Valencia, one of the Wawasee High School cheerleaders who were doing the face painting. Harlyn was with her mother, Ashley Hampton.

Hay rides were one of the many activities at the Brook Pointe Resort Fall Festival.
