Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:

9:05 p.m. Monday, Jan. 25, East CR 1000N east of North Hasse Court, Milford. Driver: Ronnie S. Zentz, 44, EMS D18 Lane, Syracuse. Zentz’s vehicle left the roadway and hit a tree. Zentz received fatal injuries from the collision. Damage up to $10,000.
