WARSAW — Kim Clark, Coldwell Banker Roth Wehrly Graber, officially took over as the Kosciusko Board of Realtors Association President Wednesday, Jan. 20.

Clark was inducted and received the gavel from exiting 2015 President and Realtor of the Year, Marcia Anderson, also of Coldwell Banker Roth Wehrly Graber, at the realtors’ quarterly general business meeting.

Clark has been with Coldwell Banker Roth Wehrly Graber for nine years with a total of 18 years as an active licensed real estate broker. Clark has held several association positions, including secretary/treasurer and vice president before becoming this year’s president. Clark is a committed member of the community living here over 50 years, as well as a real estate professional.

Joining Clark as 2016 officers are vice president Mark Skibowski, Re/Max Lakes, and treasurer Tim Hatcher, Hatcher Real Estate.
