WARSAW — Residential mortgage lender Ruoff Home Mortgage announced that Kevin Eames was the top loan originator for their Warsaw office for December, 2015.

The top spot in each branch office is based on the number of closed loans during the month, as compared to their fellow peers.

Eames has been with Ruoff Home Mortgage since July, 2013, and he has earned top spot honors several times, including more recently in September.

The Warsaw office is located at 310 Enterprise Drive. Eames works mainly out of the Orizon Real Estate Inc. office, Columbia City.
