WARSAW — Bruce E. Yeazel, 27, East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital, following a one-vehicle accident on West CR 400N, west of North CR 150W, Warsaw, at 1:01 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 12. Yeazel complained of pain to the face.

Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Deputies report Yeazel was eastbound in a 2001 Mazda, registered to Lella M. Holbrook, North CR 300E, Warsaw, when the vehicle left the south side of the roadway for an unknown reason. The vehicle then struck a tree on the south side.

Yeazel was cited for driving while suspended.

Damage was estimated up to $25,000.

Leesburg/Plain Township Fire Department and Lutheran EMS also responded to the scene.
