Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 7:13 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 5, 100 block of South Columbia Street, Warsaw. Stanley E. Clark reported a crash with property damage.
• 1:03 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 5, 1200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Employees at Meijer reported a group of five people had attempted to steal bread and alcoholic beverages.
