Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:

3:15 p.m. Monday, Jan. 4, South CR 950W and West CR 200S, Mentone. Drivers: Melecio Gonzales, 30, CR 36, Goshen, and Jose L. Reyes, 65, street address not given, Mentone. Gonzales failed to yield to oncoming traffic and Reyes’s vehicle hit his. Damage up to $25,000.

2:28 p.m. Monday, Jan. 4, North CR 850E and East Hatchery Road, Syracuse. Driver: Cassie L. Neuenschwander, 30, North Turkey Creek Road, Syracuse. Neuenschwander lost control of her vehicle and it rolled into a ditch. Damage up to $2,500.

9:12 a.m. Monday, Jan. 4, North SR 15, north of West CR 1000N, Milford. Drivers: Debora K. Kammeyer, 56, South Loon Lake Drive, Silver Lake, and Brittin M. Boatwright, 20, North Main Street, Milford. Kammeyer’s vehicle spun into the path of Boatwright’s oncoming vehicle and they collided. Damage up to $10,000.

8:46 a.m. Monday, Jan. 4, North CR 300E and East CR 1000N, Syracuse. Driver: Charles L. Clements, 42, East Main Street, Albion. Clements attempted to turn his vehicle and it slid into a stop sign. Damage up to $2,500.

7:48 a.m. Monday, Jan. 4, North CR 300E, north of East CR 1000N, Syracuse. Driver: Gary W. Trowbridge, 64, EMS D22C Lane, Syracuse. Trowbridge lost control of his vehicle and it went off the road, rolling onto its side. Damage up to $5,000.

7:26 a.m. Monday, Jan. 4, East CR 450N and North CR 175E, Warsaw. Drivers: Jaquelin T. Cacahua, 18, Anchorage Road, Warsaw, and Crystal M. Shipley, 27, South Circle Drive, Cromwell. Cacahua’s vehicle slid and rear-ended Shipley’s vehicle. Damage up to $10,000.

6:56 a.m. Monday, Jan. 4, West CR 100N and North Parks Schram Road, Warsaw. Drivers: Jose A. Olivarez, 38, Godman Street, Warsaw, and Brian R. Klinger, 43, West CR 200N, Etna Green. Klinger had pulled his vehicle onto the side of the road and Olivarez’s vehicle slid into it. Damage up to $5,000.

6:26 a.m. Monday, Jan. 4, East CR 1100N and North Turkey Creek Road, Syracuse. Driver: Christopher Ganshorn, 41, East Hatchery Road, Syracuse. Ganshorn’s vehicle slid into a ditch. Damage up to $2,500.

6:17 a.m. Monday, Jan. 4, West CR 100N and North Parks Schram Road, Warsaw. Driver: Michael A. Gordon, 57, West CR 200S, Warsaw. Gordon lost control of his vehicle and it hit a tree. Damage up to $5,000.

Milford

Officers with the Milford Police Department investigated the following accidents:

4:28 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 5, SR 15 and West Emeline Street, Milford. Drivers: Francisco J. Ramirez, 19, North SR 15, Milford, and Michael D. Oyer, 27, Island View Drive, Goshen. Ramirez intended to turn right but activated his left signal. Oyer attempted to go around him to the right and their vehicles collided. Damage up to $2,500.

6:13 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 2, CR 1250N and CR 200W, Milford. Driver: Travis L. McCoy, 35, West CR 575N, Etna Green. Hit deer. Damage up to $5,000.

Pierceton

Officers with the Pierceton Police Department investigated the following accident:

6:31 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 5, North SR 13, south of East CR 150N, Pierceton. Driver: Brandy L. Hollie, 35, Oak Brook Place, Warsaw. Hit deer. Damage up to $2,500.

Syracuse

Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following accident:

10:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 5, West Oak Street, north of West Brooklyn Street, Syracuse. Driver: Trent L. Trammell, 19, West Brooklyn Street, Syracuse. Hit parked car. Damage up to $2,500.

Winona Lake

Officers with the Winona Lake Police Department investigated the following accident:

1:56 p.m. Monday, Jan. 4, Mineral Springs Avenue, east of Walnut Street, Winona Lake. Driver: Michael D. Koontz, 21, Hamilton Boulevard, Winona Lake. Koontz lost control of his vehicle and it hit a nearby NIPSCO trailer. Damage up to $5,000.
