Jerry Lynn Tolson, 67, Michigan Road, Argos, died at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 31, 2015, at Loyola University Medical Center, Chicago, Ill., following a very sudden illness.

He was born Dec. 6, 1948, in Knox to Raymond Tolson and Marie (Jordan) Tolson.
On Dec. 8, 1967, he married Linda (Hensley) Tolson and together they have shared the past 48 years.

Jerry had retired from the Indiana State Highway Department after 15 years in road maintenance.
He was a graduate of North Judson High School.
Friends may visit with the family from noon to 2 p.m. Tuesday Jan. 5, at the Church of Jesus Christ, Argos. There will be an additional time to share with the family from 11 a.m. to noon Wednesday, Jan. 6, at the church.
Funeral Services will be at noon Wednesday, Jan. 6, at the church with Rev. Lloyd Howard officiating.
Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery, Argos, Indiana.
