Officers with the Syracuse Police Department investigated the following incidents:

• 8:35 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 29, 5100 block of East CR 900N, Syracuse. Kristin Kay Cripe reported a domestic battery.
• 8:52 p.m. Monday, Dec. 28, 100 block of North Acorn Street, Syracuse. Police performed a welfare check for Bryan R. Bloom.

Warsaw

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 9:43 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 30, 100 block of Robmar Drive, Warsaw. A male subject left the Hampton Inn without paying his bill. Police later arrested him for theft.

Winona Lake

Officers with the Winona Lake Police Department investigated the following incident:

• 10:47 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 29, 1000 block of East Canal Street, Winona Lake. A theft was reported at the Village at Winona.
