Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accidents:

6:09 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 22, 6923 E. CR 500N, North Webster. Driver; Paul D. Mendoza, 17, EMS B33A Lane, Warsaw. Hit parked car. Damage up to $2,500.

7:19 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 22, North Detroit Street and West CR 350N, Warsaw. Drivers: Timothy J. McCorkle, 60, Greenhaus Drive, Syracuse, and Jennifer L. Elder, 41, North Lancaster Court, Warsaw. McCorkle’s vehicle rear-ended Elder’s. Damage up to $25,000.

Mentone

Officers with the Mentone Police Department investigated the following accident:

12:24 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 23, East Main Street and North Yale Street, Mentone. Drivers: Michael D. Deak, 37, Jeremy Drive, Milford, and John R. Cook, 56, South SR 19, Mentone. As Cook slowed down, Deak approached from behind and their vehicles collided. Damage up to $10,000.

Milford

Officers with the Milford Police Department investigated the following accident:

5:58 p.m. Monday, Dec. 21, SR 15 and CR 1150N, Milford. Drivers: Andrew J. Klopfenstein, 25, West CR 700N, Howe, Mark A. Wise, 59, South CR 1000W, Claypool, and Nathan K. Evans, 27, Robb Road, Warsaw. Klopfenstein crossed center and struck Wise’s vehicle and another, unidentified vehicle. Debris from the collision hit Evans’s vehicle. Damage up to $50,000.

North Webster

7:01 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 23, East Backwater Road and W-22 Lane, North Webster. Driver: Terry J. Anderson, 66, EMS B60Lane, Warsaw. Anderson’s vehicle went off the road and went partially into the water. Damage up to $5,000.
