9:08 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2500 Walton Blvd., Warsaw. Drivers: Ronnie A. West, 79, Church Street, Leesburg, and Rodney W. Shoaf, 48, North Marshall Street, Bremen. West pulled out of the parking lot and Shoaf’s oncoming vehicle struck his. Damage up to $2,500.

12:02 p.m. Monday, Dec. 21, East Winona Avenue west of South Detroit Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Jacob C. Steele, 20, North CR 400E, Warsaw, and Natasha N. Parker, 27, North Rebecca Street, Claypool. As Steele was changing lanes, his vehicle sideswiped Parker’s. Damage under $750.
