Henrietta Myer, 70, Silver Lake, passed away at 7:20 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2015, at Miller’s at Oak Pointe, Columbia City.

She was born Dec. 4, 1945, in Watergap, Ky., to Henry and Bessie (Hall) Wallen. She lived in Silver Lake for the last eight years, and was a homemaker.

She is survived by her son: Larry Todd Myer, Silver Lake; daughter: Jean Myer, Silver Lake; father: Henry Wallen, Warsaw; sister: Frances Wallen, Terrell, Texas; brother: William Ray (Sally) Wallen, Panama City, Fla. She was preceded in death by mother: Bessie Wallen, on Dec. 18, 2013; and brother: Donald Eugene Wallen, on April 4, 2013.

Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 18, at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw. Services will begin at 2 p.m. Friday, at the funeral home. Rev. Dean Ealey of Early Apostolic Bible Training Center, Claypool. Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery, Silver Lake.

Memorials can be made to a charity of choice or a simple act of kindness in Henrietta’s memory.
