SOUTH WHITLEY — At Tuesday’s game with West Noble the Whitko girls basketball team will collect stuffed animals for kids.

Before the starting lineups are announced for the varsity contest any fan that has brought a new stuffed animal to be donated will get to throw it on the floor. The animals will be collected and donated to a children’s charity as a Christmas gift. All of the players and coaches will be purchasing a stuffed animal to throw, but the teams are challenging fans to participate in the event as well.

Tuesday’s game is scheduled to tip at 7:30 p.m.
